Johannes

Born in Australia with Italian and Dutch heritage, Johannes was immersed in the world of construction from an early age, gaining firsthand experience through his father's construction company.

Over a career spanning more than 20 years, he has worked across international architecture, retail, and construction, including 14 years as Head of Store Design and Construction at Capri Holdings, overseeing the development and delivery of large-scale global retail projects for Versace, Jimmy Choo and Michael Kors.

Managing annual budgets of up to €200 million and overseeing the rollout of more than 300 freestanding stores and wholesale locations each year, Johannes has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of global retail development—from strategy and design through to procurement, construction, and delivery.

His extensive experience has also enabled him to build a trusted international network of architects, engineers, consultants, specialist suppliers, and leading construction firms. Combined with a strong understanding of global supply chains, cost efficiencies, and project delivery, Johannes brings strategic insight, industry expertise, and trusted connections to every project—bridging vision, value, and execution at every stage.
